RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive an email confirmation immediately. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. opened skincare products).
